Our Mandate
The mandate of Council for Advancement of Health and Research (CAHR)
is to enhance research capacity and generate new knowledge through
targeted research and program evaluation efforts.
This includes supporting researchers and evaluators while striving
to establish the CAHR as a recognized leader in applied health research.
